**The CFO Office Supports the CFO in his operational, organizational and strategic tasks**:
- **Support of strategic topics & projects**:
- **Alignment and preparation of internal & external committees**:
- **Developing concepts of Allianz Technology CFO events as well as execution**:
- **Support in preparation/ alignment of speeches and presentations**
**Moreover, the CFO Office acts as interface to other units/ departments, Holding Board Members, Allianz Technology Executive Members, and the Finance Community as well as external Business Partners.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Independent collaboration in exciting special projects
- Preparation and implementation of top management meetings
- Supporting the Executive Board and Executive Board assistants in day-to-day operations
- Communication link between different departments in senior management
- Qualitative and quantitative analyses in preparation for top management decisions
- Structuring of complex projects and management of work packages in the departmental area
- Preparation of presentations, decision papers and other documents in English
**Key Requirements**
- Studies in the final phase of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, natural sciences or communication sciences
- Ability to grasp things quickly, structured way of working and an eye for the big picture
- Practical experience through relevant internships, e.g. in the financial industry environment, at consultancies or in high-performance start-ups
- Professional appearance and confident communication skills
- **You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months
- part time (16-20 h/week)**
