Red Arrow Studios is one of the world’s leading creators and distributors of entertainment content. Our major customers are the US TV networks, Amazon, Netflix and P7S1. It comprises 20 production companies in seven territories and a global TV and film distributor, Red Arrow Studios International. Red Arrow Studios is part of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, one of Europe’s leading media groups.
The CFO office is responsible for the group-wide financial management as well as the steering of the top group strategy projects.
**What you can expect in this role**:
- You will get insights into the top strategy and finance projects of the Red Arrow Studios Group (e.g., by assisting in mergers and acquisition, PMI or carve outs)
- You will prepare strategy presentations for the top management as well as the capital markets (e.g., CEO performance reviews, quarterly-earning calls)
- Moreover, you will support in the preparation and analysis of financial reporting to the ProsiebenSat1 CFO (e.g., monthly reporting, cash-flow management, budgeting)
- You will prepare and analyze financial reports from our financial database TM1
- You work in an international team with colleagues in NY, LA and London and will get deep insights into the US TV and movie industry
**Your essential experience and education**:
- You completed your Bachelor Studies and are pursuing your Master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering (or related)
- You already gained experience through previous internships in Corporate Finance/Controlling, Auditing, Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, M&A or related positions
- You have strong analytical skills, high motivation, an ability to work independently and in an international and operationally diverse role
- A strong knowledge of Excel is mandatory (financial-modeling skills advantageous), PowerPoint and TM1 (or a similar database)
- You are fluent in English and German
