To strengthen our team in our **Frankfurt office**, we are looking for the following position with immediate effect on a permanent basis:
**Junior Coordinator Business Development Europe for Tax and **Restructuring**

**What you do**:

- Business Development_
- Organizing events such as international conferences
- Market research & regularly reporting
- Support practice group leaders by building out materials to facilitate cross-group collaboration and drive revenue growth
- Support product development
- Financial Management_
- Business planning
- Create financial analyses
- Talent Management_
- Support the practice group leaders by identifying, recruit and onboard laterals
- Support the upskilling of team members by organizing tailored retreats
- Knowledge Management/Innovation_
- Identifying and seeking ways to improve project management
- Improving legal service delivery

**Your Profile**:

- At least 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big-4 or law firm
- C1-Level English
- Team player and hands on mentality
- MS Office heavy user
- Excellent verbal communication skills
