**Product Owners**, you will be part of the YAS.life product team and act as the champion of customer obsession. The team focuses on bringing innovative features to the core platform and developing new mobile solutions for our B2B customers. You will take direct responsibility

develop and deliver our
**B2C-App YAS**, our
**B2B-White-Label Apps** as well as our innovative product
**YAS.beneFit for companies**. Be a key player of our Product Team to develop healthy life app-solutions which incentivize employees with real monetary benefits while creating space for employer branding.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Prioritise work items and create and manage the **product backlog** to be in line with product vision, business needs, value and goals
- Review the backlog and make **decisions on the functionality** that will be developed in the next sprint
- Manage the functionality included in a **single sprint** according to user stories and **track the development** progress during every sprint
- ** Lead** planning **meetings, retrospectives, and reviews** with the development team
- Prioritise and **manage the Apps stores** **and releases** in line with B2B needs and requirements
- ** Communicate with all other stakeholders** on the status of product development

**Your Profile**:

- You show **3+ years of experience with Mobile Apps as a Product Owner **and therefor you are used to work with agile methodologies in product development.
- You have **exceptional user story writing skills**, being able to **articulate clearly and precisely what is required**, and think through both happy and unhappy paths in detail.
- You are experienced **working with and developing consumer-facing digital technologies**, such as B2B or B2C apps, ideally in a **Digital Health and InsurTech industry.**:

- ** You bring strong communication and influencing skills**, being able to analyse and communicate technical concepts to create practical solutions and influence decisions, as well as translating those into tickets, building and delivering along the **internal and external requirements**.
- You have **excellent communication skills in English **and your german skills are a plus.
- You have experience of **working in a multi-geography, multi-cultural environment **and if you are based in Berlin you enjoy working and meeting your colleagues in the Berlin office as well.
- You are a strong **team player** with a “win together” and **growth mindset **while being open to demanding challenges and ready to **take responsibility** with a lot of **commitment**.
