Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Working Student Performance Marketing (all genders)

Your Tasks
- Independently manage online and offline marketing campaigns focused on acquiring new customers.
- Generate analyses and reports for executed print campaigns (including magazines and packages) and performance marketing campaigns, such as Google or Facebook. Provide actionable recommendations based on your findings.
- Identify target-oriented cooperation partners, proactively initiate communication, lead price negotiations, and plan long-term campaigns for the European market.
- Support the Performance Marketing team in developing campaigns and evaluating their outcomes.
- Gain experience in project and stakeholder management through print projects and collaboration with external agencies.

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a business-related degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing.
- Ideally, you possess initial practical experience in the field of performance marketing and are familiar with various channels (e.g., Facebook, Google, Affiliate) through internships or previous student assistant roles.
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and proficiency in using Excel.
- Enthusiasm for (tangible) marketing and the ability to develop creative approaches.
- Self-confident and communicative personality who enjoys taking responsibility.
- Ideally, you have some prior experience in negotiations, whether in personal or professional settings.
- Fluent English skills and good German skills (at least B1 level) are required.
