ABOUT THIS ROLE

Based in Berlin, Audible is looking for a highly motivated Working Student in Mobile Performance Marketing (M/F/x), who will support Audible’s European Audience Acquisition Marketing Team.

As a Performance Marketing Working Student you will
- Support our inhouse performance marketing campaigns in our four EU marketplaces (DE/FR/IT/ES)
- Liaise with our partner agencies on a multitude of different marketing projects independently
- Taking over the creative briefing process with a test and learn approach to manage and optimize asset performance
- Work closely with our design team to ensure the assets meet the brand guidelines
- Become an expert in the area of AppStore Optimization
- Analyze marketing reports, monitor performance, create reports for stakeholders and derive actionable insights
- Become the main POC for Content Jira tickets creation
- Participate in brain storming on A/B tests, set up tests in networks and app stores, monitor them and provide testing reports

Basic Qualifications
- You’re still a full time student, enrolled in either your first state-accredited (staatlich anerkannt) Bachelor or Master in the Berlin/Brandenburg area and have at least 1 year of studies left
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Great communication and writing skills for writing flawless and attractive in German, French or Spanish
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Crunching data keeps you engaged

Preferred Qualifications
- You are a doer, someone who likes to work organized, independently and likes learning new things fast
- Prior experience in mobile or performance marketing would be great

OUR OFFER
- Student position for 20h per week
- Compensated with €14 per hour
- Contribution on the long-run (ideally 1 to 2 years) as a fully-fledged team member
