**Your future role**:
As a Working Student in Product Management in our collaborative projects department, you will play a vital role in supporting our team in various tasks related to product development, strategy, and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with the team to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with the goals and objectives of the company. You will assist in setting up and maintaining the OKR framework, tracking progress, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. You will analyze market data and gather insights to inform product strategy and decision-making processes.
- Assisting in planning, conducting, and analyzing user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing. You will work closely with members of the product team to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize feature enhancements based on user needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify actionable and valuable initiatives that contribute to product success. You will participate in brainstorming sessions, prioritize feature requests, and help shape product roadmaps to deliver maximum value to our customers.
- Supporting in the maintenance and optimization of product management tools and platforms. You will ensure that project management tools (primarily Jira & Confluence), communication channels, and documentation repositories are up-to-date and effectively utilized by the team.
- Assisting in communicating product updates, milestones, and achievements to internal stakeholders and the broader organization. You will help prepare presentations, documentation, and other communication materials to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a university in Germany, preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields, with at least 2 more semesters left before graduating.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
- Passion for technology, innovation, science, and product development.
