Ihre Aufgaben- Berufseinstieg nach Plan: In unserem 18-monatigen Graduate Program lernen Sie unsere TRUMPF Gruppe im In - und Ausland kennen- - Lernen Sie eine moderne Produktion für komplexe Lasersysteme und Maschinen kennen. Sie arbeiten in den verschiedenen Bereichen wie Montage, spanende Fertigung, Fertigungsplanung, SCM, Qualität und Logistik.- - Begleiten Sie herausfordernde Projekte um unsere Produktion digitaler, effizienter und schlanker zu gestalten. Dabei lernen Sie auch die TRUMPF Lean-Methodik „SYNCHRO“ kennen.- - Lernen Sie in Projekten und Auslandsaufenthalten unser Fertigungsnetzwerk kennen. Neben unseren Hauptstandorten in Ditzingen fertigen wir unsere Produkte auch in Nordamerika und China.- - Mit Ihren Fragen lassen wir Sie nie allein: Sie nehmen an dem Mentoring-Programm sowie regelmäßigen Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Workshops teil- - Auch bei Sonderprojekten und Netzwerkveranstaltungen sind Sie gefragt - perfekte Voraussetzungen für den Aufbau Ihres internationalen NetzwerkWas wir suchen- Sehr guter Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang- - Praxiserfahrung im Industrieumfeld, bspw. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten, idealerweise in der Projektarbeit- - Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse, sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit SAP wünschenswert- - Offenheit für verschiedene Einsatzmöglichkeiten und Eigeninitiative bei der Programmgestaltung- - Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit den verschiedenen Stakeholdern im Projekt gefragtInteresse geweckt?
