Ihre Aufgaben- Berufseinstieg nach Plan: In unserem 18-monatigen Rotationsprogram lernen Sie die TRUMPF Gruppe im In - und Ausland kennen. Gestalten Sie Ihren persönlichen Karrierepfad bei TRUMPF durch 3 verschiedene projektbezogene Einsätze und starten danach in Ihrer Übernahmestation durch- Sie erhalten Insights in die klassischen HR Services, Personalentwicklung, HR-Controlling aber auch in Culture & Labour sowie HR-IT- Bringen Sie Ihre Ideen ein, indem Sie aktuelle HR-Trends analysieren. Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Projektverantwortung in HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten, bis hin zum globalen Roll-Out- Mit Ihren Fragen lassen wir Sie nie allein, denn während des Programms werden Sie durch einen erfahrenen Mentor sowie einen HR-Ansprechpartner begleitet- Von Anfang an sind Sie Teil des Teams und nehmen regelmäßig an Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen, Workshops und Hospitationen teil Was wir suchen- Sehr guter Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personalwesen, Personalmanagement, Innovationsmanagement, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem anderen wirtschaftsnahen Studiengang mit HR und IT-Affinität- Gerne erste internationale Erfahrungen durch einen Auslandsaufenthalt- Relevante praktische Erfahrungen im HR (z.B. Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit, Thesis o.ä.)- Kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer in Deutsch und Englisch, der die digitale Transformation im HR-Umfeld aufmerksam verfolgt und umsetzten möchte- Eine souveräne Persönlichkeit, die selbstständig Themen vorantreibt und auch an schwierige Sachverhalte methodisch herangeht Interesse geweckt?
