**Your challenge**
- You will organize together with ICS Team all group-wide testing activities for the internal control system, including reporting to the CCO AIXTRON Group and/or the Sen. Dep. Mgr. CG&C AIXTRON Group;
- Independently conducting testing at headquarters and remotely for AIXTRON subsidiaries,
- Coordinating and carrying out quality assurance testing;
- Identification of control gaps, initiating and coordinating closure of gaps and/or improvement measures in cooperation with process and control owners;
- Independently conducting and supporting the ongoing analysis of the risk control environment for key business processes, updating control documentation in collaboration with the ICS team and process and control owners.

**Your key competencies**:

- Academic degree in business administration and qualifications in internal control systems;
- 3-4 years of experience in the testing of internal control systems;
- Ideally, you have a consulting or auditing background in a renowned auditing firm;
- SAP and IT process/control knowledge is desirable;
- Hands-on mentality with strong business acumen, strong process orientation, structured way of working, team spirit, and experience in project management;
- You have good communication skills, and are enthusiastic and persuasive;
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
