As our Team Lead Automation, you'll step into a pivotal role, taking charge of our production environments to ensure their seamless operation and continuous improvement. You'll lead by example, guiding our automation journey and contributing directly to the stability and reliability of our critical systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operational Leadership: Takes ownership of ensuring seamless operational support for our production cloud environments. Leads direct automation initiatives to enhance critical hybrid infrastructure and proactively resolve emerging challenges.
• Hands-on Expert: Combines deep data center (VMware) know-how with expertise across major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• System Stability: Focuses on pioneering modern automation solutions to prevent potential outages and significantly improve overall system quality and reliability.

You're a visionary leader with a strong passion for automation and a natural talent for guiding teams through complex technical landscapes. You thrive on hands-on problem-solving and are committed to building resilient, high-performing systems.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Proven experience in leading and inspiring technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Hybrid Cloud Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience with production workloads on major cloud providers (Azure, e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) combined with a solid understanding of traditional data center technologies (VMware, bare metal).
• Advanced Automation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive and implement automation initiatives using cutting-edge tools like Terraform, Ansible, and various scripting languages (e.g., Go, Python, Bash).
• Operational Excellence: A strong track record in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex operational issues efficiently in a production environment.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, driving automation efforts that directly contribute to organizational goals.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships across diverse teams.
