**Meine Aufgaben**
- Leiter des ALM-Workstreams im Treasury
- Ermittelt, hinterfragt und priorisiert Geschäftsanforderungen im Zusammenhang mit dem ALM-Workstreams
- Hilft bei der Entwicklung von Implementierungs-/Umstellungsstrategien und Implementierungsplänen
- Sammelt und analysiert Informationen und entwickelt Empfehlungen zur Erreichung wichtiger Geschäftsziele, die mehrere globale Geschäfts
- und Technologiebereiche umfassen
- Arbeitet gegebenenfalls mit Geschäfts
- und Technologieteams zusammen, um eine Technologie-Roadmap-Strategie zu entwickeln
- Sorgt für einen reibungslosen Übergang des Produktwissens an alle relevanten Parteien
- Unterstützt das Testen neuer oder verbesserter Anwendungen und/oder Systeme und leitet jüngere Teammitglieder bei komplexen Testaufgaben an, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Testfällen, der Analyse der Nachvollziehbarkeit von Anforderungen, der Vorbereitung von Tests, der Erstellung von Skripten und der Durchführung funktionaler Tests

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Profunde Erfahrungen als Leiter eines Workstreams
- Profunde Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche (Asset & Liability Management, Finanzen, Risikomanagement oder Treasury)
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Planung von IT-Projekten
- Fähigkeit, in einem Team zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig den Überblick über die eigenen Verantwortlichkeiten zu behalten und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse
- Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
