WE ARE OFFERING A POSITION AS
Coordinator of the IMPRS-EBM graduate program (M/F/div)
The position is to be filled immediately and will be funded for one year.
**YOUR TASKS**:

- Coordination of the IMPRS-EBM PhD program
- Organization of PhD student recruitment and program marketing
- Organization of the graduate curriculum and training opportunities
- Participation in Thesis Advisory Committee Meetings
- Providing support and advise for doctoral researchers
- Administrative organization and management of PhD affairs for all doctoral researchers at the MPI-IE and within the IMPRS program
- Liaising with scientists, administration and the University of Freiburg

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Requirements**:

- PhD in Life Sciences
- Professional command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Motivation and interpersonal skills to interact with researchers and administrative staff

**Preferences**:

- Experience in program or science management
- Experience in graduate student education
- Professional German skills
- Experience in copy writing and CMS
