**How you'll spend your time**

You are involved from idea generation to the go-live and inspire your project team. With this experience you also advise customers on architecture related decision-making in context of your delivery projects, as part of their program initiatives or in targeted architecture assessments.

**You are an inspirational Leader** - As a people lead, you take over the disciplinary leadership of a team who suit your technical focus and be part of Zühlke's leadership team. With enthusiasm and passion, you are an enabler, coach and first point of contact for your team members. Through your leadership skills, you win over, inspire, and mobilize your team and customers alike.

- you continuously build a deep understanding of the client's domain; processes and organisations; as well as the requirements in the project. To achieve this, you act as a bridge between your team and your customers.

**What is important to us?**
- Your several years of experience as a software developer allow you to lead development teams as a solution architect and to take on a leadership roles in projects
- You have leadership experience and see yourself as an inspiring leader and coach
- You have domain know how in the Banking, Insurance, or other domains of the financial sector
- Excellent knowledge in architecture development and design patterns that take NFRs and quality requirements into account
- IAM knowledge - you have experience with state of the art patterns and technology for Identity Access Management
- You are learning and success oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct exchange with the customer. Fluent communication in German and/or English.
