**About the role**:
The Technical Process Lead provides global support for definition and adherence to standard processes for Automotive Division programs. In addition, the incumbent supports and advises on all programs in achieving a minimum of ASPICE L2 activities and participates and is part of the winning solution for customer quality requirements, including RFQ support.

**What You Will Do**
- Technical lead for BMS process definition activities, including areas of process improvements, identified by EPG and BMS Steering Committee
- Optimize E2E process areas to ensure compliance with all HARMAN regulations and certification by review and input to PCCs and conducting mock interviews for priority programs undergoing audits and assessments
- Monitor adherence to process and identify needed improvements, solutions or mitigations from deviations related to Quality
- Build and promote a positive working environment for the team and the other business areas to educate teams on the importance of the BMS
- Collect and evaluate lessons learned as input to updates required in BMS processes
- Plan and manage process definition activities for the Global BMS processes:

- moderate process definition workshops
- review and approve process artifacts
- review and approve contents of process
- modelling the tool
- manage and support process piloting and rollout
- create training material and perform trainings
- Active member of global RFQ cross-function-team
- Lead the input for Quality requirement inputs for RFQ
- working closely with the RFQ leader to address all questions
- provide early resource estimates and process inputs
- prepare presentations required for quality portions of the RFQ
- collect customer feedback and close out any open issues for successful award of new programs
- Strategically lead special projects or initiatives based on business needs and priorities
- ASPICE Responsible in a provisional or competent assessor role

**What You Need**
- Bachelors degree in Engineering related field
- Several years’ experience in the Automotive space in Quality and System Development Lifecycle
- Proficient in ASPICE processes and leading teams to L2 (Provisional or Competent Certification required)
- Experience using standard Project Management, SCRUM and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability of tackling challenging projects and master in problem solving skills
- Proactive approach to getting things done and taking responsibility and ownership
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills as well as a very customer-oriented mindset
- Team Player with structured and logical thinking
- Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)
