**What's the role?**

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Lead, the Account Executive will be supporting the team with Zespri sales and brand development in DACH Region, focused on Germany.

Based in Hamburg, this role supports the connection of retail accounts and the execution of retail strategies to grow the Zespri kiwifruit category and boost our brand prominence instore.

This is an fixed term contract of one year from October 2024 until September 2025.

**Key Accountabilities include**:
**Sustainable business development**:

- Support, effectively and actively, the market growth strategy across Germany
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Contribute actively to the volume and value growth of the DACH region**:

- Support the development and implementation of POS and Trade Marketing activities per channel to ensure maximum visibility of Zespri brand
- Capture the best practices and learnings of channel development and management within Zespri and external industries to integrate them to Zespri model to optimize the future Zespri growth
- Drive together with the local KAM team the local trade projects aimed for sales and brand growth

**Be the Zespri “Ears & Eyes” in the market**:

- Analyze what’s happening in the local markets; reports and suggest possible actions (pro-active and reactive)
- Follow-up on the agreements that are made with retailers and distributors
- Monitor price setting in the market (kiwifruit and other fruit) and kiwifruit measurements

**Who are you?**

We are ideally looking for an energetic team player with excellent communication skills who is keen to develop their expertise in Sales and Trade Marketing. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, changeable environment will be a key to success in this role.

You will also posses a:

- Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, Economics or similar)
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience
- Very pro-active and problem-solving attitude
- Results driven mindset
- Strong analytical skillset to pursue a data
- and insights-driven decision making in the market
- Agile and flexible way of working with the ability to work independently within the framework of a team
- Highly communicative, good relating and networking ability
- Advanced skill level in Power Point and Excel
- Fluency in German and English
- Openness to travel across Germany when required

Pay: 43.000,00€ - 55.000,00€ per year

**Experience**:
