Hey there, we are SafeNow

A startup on the mission to bring safety into the pockets of every person on the planet, for free. To do this, we are developing an app that gives you instant access to locally relevant helpers, whether that is your friends, family, or professional helpers.

We are a small team with a big heart based in Munich, consisting of 11 members with 4 different nationalities. We want to change the world for the better and are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO (f/m/d). In this role you will get a first-hand view into the day-to-day tasks and decisions of a founder with the task to grow a startup.

Tasks

We are looking for a Chief of Staff (f/m/d) to the CEO and COO that is working closely with the founder and management team. Your main focus is to drive strategic initiatives that can range from knowledge management, sourcing, business development, daily operations to strategic decisions.

**What you will contribute**:

- Drive and support company initiatives and projects in a wide range of areas
- Create project
- and onboarding plans for customers and ensure smooth progression and great quality
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners and setup contractors
- Support in day-to-day operations like creating briefings, presentations, memos and running meetings and holding the team accountable for agreed upon goals
- Get a deep understanding of the SafeNow app and support in testing and quality assurance

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of working experience ideally in the field of software or startups
- Proven, strong analytical, project management and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality to get things done with an eye for quality, even if some might not be most interesting tasks
- Hunger to learn and grow with a fast-growing tech startup
- Ideally experience in (growth) marketing and sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in or around Munich
