Tech Product Management Intern

**In short**:
The PM intern will help deliver product solutions with high business impact, by working closely with the product management and engineering teams throughout the development process, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in order to bring great ideas to life.

**Your Mission**:

- Support the Product Team with documentation writing, deck preparation and material for effective refining
- Work with Product Managers utilising data to understand customer behaviour and performance of features, to estimate the size of impact and determine prioritization
- Help prepare test scenarios for quality and approval activities, and support with ad hoc testing as needed
- Support the Product Managers with the adoption and optimization of the tooling kit, such as Jira, Confluence, DevOps, or agile techniques supporting tools
- Help and facilitate knowledge transfer with the Support teams with regard to new functionalities/integrations, by promoting up to date documentation and knowledge sharing
- Support the Product Managers with reproducing the issues/problems requiring level two support

**Your story**:

- You have a basic understanding and interest in ERP systems, cloud systems or integrations
- You have the ability to understand technical design specifications and to document integration flows
- You have an Inclination to empathize with users, to identify opportunities and collaborating well with others
- You possess an Interest in understanding the customer journey
- You have good written and verbal communication skills to articulate business opportunities, requirements, and customer problems
- You have prior experience or studies as a test engineer, system analyst or product analyst
- You are comfortable working in an agile environment, with cross-functional and regionally distributed teams
