At Awtomated, we are obsessed with removing friction from the world. We’re building the next generation of SaaS workflows, and our Chief Product Officer needs a "Bridge Builder" - a sharp, technically-minded intern to help translate big-picture vision into the building blocks of our product. You won’t just be taking notes; you’ll be the connective tissue between executive strategy and engineering execution. Tasks What You’ll Do (The "Bridge Building") Translate Vision to Specs: Work directly with the CPO to take raw ideas and sketch them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories. Mapping the "Awtomation": Visualize complex workflows. You’ll help map out how data flows through our platform to ensure new features are intuitive and scalable. Liaise with Engineering: Act as a first point of contact for dev teams to clarify requirements, helping to keep the "velocity" high and the "friction" low. Beta Testing & QA: Be the first user of every new feature. You’ll test early builds against the CPO’s original vision to ensure we’re shipping excellence. Requirements Who You Are The Translator: You can talk "business" with the CPO and "logic" with the Engineers. Systems Thinker: You don't just see a button; you see the API call and the user workflow behind it. The Optimizer: You’re someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks, "How can I automate this?" Tech Foundations: You likely have a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a heavily analytical field. Familiarity with Jira or Figma is a massive plus. Awtomated is a translation business management system that automates workflows and optimizes operations for translation companies. Our platform streamlines Translation project management, enhances collaboration, and ensures quality across multilingual content. By leveraging automation and cloud-based accessibility, Awtomated eliminates manual tasks, reduces errors, and accelerates delivery timelines. Whether managing large-scale localization projects or handling niche language pairs, our system ensures scalability and reliability for businesses aiming to expand their global footprint. With customizable workflows and seamless integrations, we help businesses scale efficiently and expand their global reach.
