- UX/UI (M/F/d) and be part of our agile, cross-functional, and international team. You will drive the development and the optimization of the CheMondis marketplace in a very early stage.

**Your mission**
- Responsibility for all aspects of a flawless end-to-end design process
- Developing a user-centric product by conceptualizing user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes, conducting user tests and usability tests
- Monitoring of UX friction points and designing simple and elegant UX and UI solutions
- Creating solutions that incorporate all elements of a great user experience while using an existing pattern library as well as constantly developing it further to meet brand objectives and to keep a long-term vision for the product in mind
- Ensuring and increasing the level of conceptual thinking and execution of the product design by cross-functional collaboration with product owners and developers in agile Teams
- Fostering a culture of sharing knowledge, best practices and standards as well as promoting cooperation and communication within your team

**Your profile**
- Bachelor Degree (B.Sc.) in design, information technology or relevant work experience
- Sound experience in developing and working with full-stack design systems
- Proven experience in designing products for web or native platforms
- Profound knowledge in design tools like Figma and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Solid experience in working in a multidisciplinary team with product owners and developers as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment
- Flexible and independent way of working with attention to detail as well as enthusiasm about visual design and willingness to continuously broaden your horizon
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
