- Bored of building the next online shop?_** **We are hiring a **Digital Product Designer** to design and grow our product suite of chronic care solutions in nephrology that empower people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
In doing this, you will play a key role in our team’s goal of reducing hospitalizations and extending the life expectancy of our products’ users.
In your role, you will breathe life into our digital products with the user-centricity of a strong consumer product while reflecting the latest medical research. You will design products and features, guide implementation, and continuously improve our product based on user feedback. In all this, you will work closely with patients, nurses, and doctors.

**What will you be working on**:
Build new features in and related to our beloved Mizu app. You will design screens, flows, and features and test these with users. You will be working closely alongside our development & product team.

As the fourth Designer joining our team, you will take responsibility and ownership of features and product offerings at Carealytix, while working with excellent guidance and mentorship from experienced Product

Take on the challenge of developing products for a slightly unconventional digital user group
Take ownership of professionalizing the entire creative design process in a small, growing, and motivated product team
Work in healthcare, directly with physicians, nurses, and patients on building maximally user-centric, yet medical-grade software products
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Digital Product Designer / UX/UI Designer who absolutely rocks the show in creating **compelling, strong visual screens** **and maximally intuitive user guidance.
Full working proficiency in English AND German
Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related field, and minimum 2 years of working experience as a UX/UI Designer in mobile app design and user testing
Proficiency with Figma
Passion for crafting high-quality products and delivering memorable experiences that make the lives of people living with chronic conditions easier
Curiosity and eagerness to learn
Brownie points for: extensive design research experience, illustration skills, mobile app interactions/animation skills
