We are looking for a **Product Designer -**Design System, to join our team responsible for designing, building and maintain our Design System. Our Design System is the foundation of our low-code platform, a company product, and it drives our products, enabling designers and developers to build products with quality and scale.

**Your mission**
- **Design System guardian**:Responsible for maintainingand evolve of the design system that ensures consistency across our products, including components library, design patterns, and visual styles.
- Design of reusable UI components for web and mobile and how they should be used and integrated.
- **Style Guidelines**: Maintain, define and document core visual properties such as typography, colour palettes, spacing, and iconography to establish a consistent look and feel across all products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other designers, product managers and engineers, to ensure the design system is implemented correctly and effectively in our low-code platform.
- **Prototyping & Documentation**: Create high-level prototypes and clear, comprehensive documentation to showcase how design system components should be used and integrated on our repository.
- **User Testing & Iteration**: Implement design system versioning. Gather user feedback on design system components and continuously iterate to improve usability, accessibility, and performance.
- **Onboarding & training**: Educate internal teams about design system usage, best practices, and maintain an ongoing training process for users of the design system.
- **Governance & Consistency**: Review and ensure all new designs, features, and updates adhere to the design system guidelines to maintain a unified user experience.

**Skills and Experience**
- Five or more years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
- Skilled in Figma.
- Three or more years of experience designing, implementing, or maintaining design systems as well as supporting their adoption within an organization.
- Familiar with component-based design methodologies (Atomic Design Methodology).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Design, Product Design, Interaction Design or equivalent training.
- **Fluent in English**, both written and oral **(German is not required).**

**Bonus points**:

- Experience in designing for low-code/no-code platforms or development tools.
- Familiar with Angular Material framework or front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Working on mature design system for a larger organization with higher complexity
- Experience with AI applied to Design Systems.
- Located in Munich.
