Our client is a solid and dynamic global company, leader in the renewable energy sector. The company has been active in the development, manufacture and maintenance of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) systems for 40 years. Thanks to its long experience in the field of energy efficiency, our client also offers gas expanders and large heat pumps, contributing to the process of decarbonisation.
In order to support the technical department of the subsidiary at the Kirchseeon site near Munich (Bavaria, Germany), our client company is looking for a **Service and Maintenance Technician (M/F/d) for a permanent full-time position** who will be responsible for the maintenance work at the customers' sites in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**This is what you can expect with us**:
- You are responsible for direct customer support and solve electrical problems of the machines on site, both tool inspection, testing and maintenance.
- You organize maintenance and replacement of electrical and mechanical components and instruments (e.g. switches, sensors, inverters, pumps...)
- You prepare maintenance reports and training documents for maintenance and commissioning according to company procedures, you also prepare maintenance reports from TOS web systems
- You analyze internal procedures and work instructions
- You manage the warehouse of the German subsidiary
- You support the commissioning and engineering department
- You will support the R&D activities on site to finalize new technical solutions for the ORC systems
- You will use the internal non-conformity management system based on the Navision app to highlight issues on site and lead their resolution with respect to the ISO 9001/2015 quality control system
**Anforderungsprofil**:
**You are a good fit for us if**:
- You have at least two years of work experience in a technical role or plant maintenance
- You have sufficient PLC knowledge and have gained experience in plant engineering
- You have solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
- You have a strong technical understanding
- You have a very customer-oriented attitude
- You have a results-oriented, problem-solving and persuasive style of working
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are a dynamic and flexible personality
- Preferably have a technical degree
- You are willing to travel in order to best support the client on-site
- Have a good command of German or English. Italian language skills are considered an advantage
