**BAT GERMANY IS LOOKING FOR A D2C OFFLINE EXECUTIVE (M/F/D)**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
D2C Offline will further evolve the approach regarding efficiency and effectiveness (TPs, seasonality, mechanics, quality) and will be one of the key departments influencing set commercial and brand KPIs in Germany. Focus of the role is to support ensuring excellence in execution for all touchpoints, projects, brands and the overall D2C strategy in collaboration with the D2C offline team and the Line Manager.
Hence, the D2C Offline Executive will support and drive the Step Change in D2C in Germany with the responsibility to ensure successful execution of multicategory sales promotions & touchpoint quality as well as to ensure successful preparation and execution of offline rooted activations for brand building & equity.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Assist in conception and execution of multicategory promotions for various touchpoints to ensure KPI achievement, high quality acquisitions, leading to highly engaged & loyalized consumers.
- Support in development of holistic 360° activation concepts based on cycle activities, including BTL concepts and execution of equity & experience programs for selected BAT brands.
- Lead own D2C projects in collaboration with line manager, agencies & involved departments.
- Steer and monitor assigned D2C Activities to ensure OTIF delivery in excellence in execution.
- Continuous optimization and prioritization of TP execution& generation of new TP ideas based on consumer insights and research for all categories/brands.
- Active engagement with various agencies & in-house BAT teams: Act as single point of contact for assigned projects to maximize impact of D2C campaigns based on objectives as well as target group personas’ needs & barriers.
- Run project-based Plan/Is analyses incl. controlling and recommend corrective actions based on opportunity-focused monitoring.
- Contribute to the definition of future D2C activation requirements related to activation capabilities with focus on fit for purpose promoter and touchpoint set up.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree with focus on Marketing
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Marketing, with a strong affinity towards brands and D2C activation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to act on own initiative and guide (“can-do-mindset”) in a hands-on approach
- Good communication and team skills: Active Networking and influencing skills across all hierarchies
- Independent working, flexibility, resilience, prioritization & time management
- Thinking outside the established ways of working
- Commitment to become a future leader of BAT
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Very good proficiency in English
