We are seeking a People Partner for 12 month FTC to join a business service company based in Dortmund, Germany. This exciting opportunity offer the ability to manage a client base of 170 employees. You will be acting as a strategic people partner to the management team and employees for this entity. In this hybrid role, based from the office 3 days per week, you will provide support with your local expertise, advise, coach, and contribute your experience and knowledge in line with the businesses growth ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead on negotiations, information, and consultations with our Works Councils.
- Drive engagement amongst employees through our quarterly engagement survey and on site initiatives
- Built trustful relationships with managers and employees and act as a partner
- Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Implementation of global and central HR measures, policies and processes at local level, taking into account legal, employment contract and personnel requirements
- Ensure that HR processes and methodologies are correctly communicated, known and applied.
- Deal with disciplinary matters, such as warnings, redundancies and similar matters

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of proven experience as a People Partner or relevant human resources position.
- Knowledge of local labour laws in Germany and ER experience.
- Experience of working with a global shared service
- Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience in Workday is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with change and transformation

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 75.000,00€ - 80.000,00€ per year
