Education & Training Coordinator

Location: Duderstadt, DE, 37115- Job ID: 6056**Summary Statement**:
The student trainee position in the **Academy Services & Online Learning department** of the Global Academy allows you to get to know the day-to-day business of a globally active company. We are looking forward for you to join our team at our company site in **Duderstadt near Göttingen** with **15 to 20 hours per week**. We always offer the possibility to work from home office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for our ordering (material orders SAP including follow-up)
- You take care of the preparation and follow-up of our training rooms and organize appointments around the Patient Care Basics training offer
- You also take over the organizational responsibility for smaller training projects independently
- You issue UnlockPINs according to regulatory requirements (cross-site work with Vienna)
- You will support our trainers with back-office tasks such as printing out certificates, ordering office supplies and assisting them with their travel management

**Profile**:

- You are a registered student (Bachelor or Master)
- You are proficient in the common MS-Office tools, especially MS-Excel and Power-Point
- You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- You like to work independently and in a structured way, are reliable and actively contribute to the team
- Your strengths definitely include an understanding of organization, good time management and you find it easy to keep track of things.
