You are in a constructive exchange with colleagues in the department to support them in mapping and optimizing business processes and finding creative solutions. A special focus will be on the redesign of the processes that will be mapped in the S/4HANA system in the future. Duties & Responsibilities Consulting and support of the specialist departments/key users in the further development and optimization of "end-to-end" business processes in the customer service and plant maintenance area Analysis of customer requirements and service messages, creation of solution concepts and configuration of tools and processes consisting of the SAP standard, SAP add-ons and in-house developments Coordination and management of (international) Customer Service and Plant Maintenance SAP projects Control of the use of internal and external resources for projects, changes and support in the customer service and plant maintenance area Creation and maintenance of system documentation Qualifications Successfully completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable field Several years of professional experience as well as in-depth SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance Customizing experience Additional SAP process knowledge in the areas of sales, logistics and production Appropriate SAP certifications are desirable Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken Benefits Attractive remuneration incl. bonus and days of vacation Flexible & family-friendly working time models (attractive option for mobile working in the home office) Individual personnel development and further training through the Ottobock Academy as well as external training and further education offers An open corporate culture with regular team events and an exciting international working environment Corporate benefits, job ticket, job bike, health management offers and many other benefits that await you at Ottobock
