**YOUR TASKS**
The Division HR Director is responsible for all HR strategy deployment and HR management for the Product Division Headlamps/ Rear Combination Lamps and Modules.
- Propose and lead deployment of the HR strategy of the division(s) covering all dimensions of HR, with a focus on strategic workforce planning as well as actively con-tribute to and influence the long
- term business strategy development along side with the leadership team
- Lead the footprint discussion with the leadership team in regards of organizational structure/design and labor law boundaries
- Lead deployment of HR Group & Country Policies in the scope of the divisions, in close relationship with corporate central and country teams
- Lead and manage the HR Network across the divisions
- Drive and steer a robust succession planning in the division(s) in alignment with the business
- You lead all the actions for people and organization development, being in charge of Division People Review. Support managers' performance through monitoring of the performance management process and coach business leaders and their teams on the people development to advance movement of talent across and beyond divisions
- Support divisions specific internal communication, lead engagement initiatives across the division
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master Degree Human Resource or Business
- Minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience with strong exposure to all HR domains
- Previous experience in automotive supplier or fast-moving environments with international exposure and strong business acumen
- Proven track record in key HR expertise domains: labor relations, people development, C&B, workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement
- High maturity and ability to interface senior leadership combined with excellent communication & project management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit and the ability and willingness to work in a complex matrixed org. in a cooperative and positive way
- English fluent
