**Role Overview**:
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Customer Experience Team unterstützt du sowohl unser Customer Success, als auch unser Customer Education Team.
Deine Mission: Prozesse optimieren, Kund:innen begeistern und Europas größte Unternehmen in ihrer Strategieumsetzung voranbringen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Prozessoptimierung** - Nutze AI-Tools und Workflow-Automatisierung, um Abläufe zu verbessern, Effizienz zu steigern und Kapazitäten freizusetzen
- ** Kollaboration mit unseren Customer Success Consultants** - Unterstütze unsere Kund:innen entlang ihrer Customer Journey durch Datenanalysen, Kundenberatung und überzeugende Pitch Decks für das Top-Management
- ** Sicherstellung von exzellenten Support** - Sorge für einen erstklassigen First-Level-Support und eine reibungslose Kundenerfahrung
- ** Zielgerichteter Einsatz von Produktwissen** - Unterstütze unsere Product Specialists mit fundiertem Produktwissen in technischen, plattformbezogenen und inhaltsgetriebenen Kundeninteraktionen
- ** Weiterentwicklung von Workshops & Trainings** - Koordiniere, optimiere und entwickle Workshops mit unseren Customer Education Specialists weiter
- ** Vorantreiben von eigenen Projekten** - Erkenne Herausforderungen, bringe deine Ideen ein und gestalte aktiv mit - Startup Mentalität pur

**Requirements**:

- ** Eingeschriebener Student:in** - Master oder fortgeschrittenes Bachelorstudium
- ** Erfahrung im dynamischen Umfeld** - Praktika oder Werkstudenten Tätigkeiten von Vorteil
- ** Kommunikationsstärke - fließend in Deutsch & Englisch** (mind. C1 Level), vor allem im Umgang mit Kunden
- ** Hands-on Mindset**:

- Eigenständig, ergebnisorientiert und kreativ ind er Lösungsfindung
- ** Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise** - Fähigkeiten sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und datengetrieben zu arbeiten
- ** Interesse an KI & Automatisierung** - offen für moderne AI- und Automatisierungstechnologien
