The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
**How you will CELLebrate**
- Participation in the development and/or implementation of the contents of the company collective agreement and works agreements, in cooperation with HR Labor Law, HR Labor Relations and HR Digital
- Processing of projects and special tasks in the People & People Services area with a focus on labor law
- Advice and support to HRBPs and leaders on labor law issues in cooperation with HR Labor Law and HR Labor Relations
- Responsible for processing disciplinary measures in cooperation with HR Labor Law, e.g. awareness-raising discussions, warnings, terminations, cancellation agreements
- Processing of investigation reports from the whistleblower system as well as derivation and implementation of measures
- Coordination of overtime/Sunday work in cooperation with the departments, works council and the HR People Team
- Coordination of the development and further improvement of processes for the People & People Services area
- Support in the planning and monitoring of projects and special tasks in the People & People Services area
- Development of decision templates and presentations
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, ideally with a focus on (labor) law
- HR experience (operational functions)
- Strong communication skills on and off stage, empathy & positivity
- Hands-on allrounder skills
- Self-organization and solution-oriented customer focus
