**How you will create an impact**:

- Strategic responsibility for the development, operation and further development of the ITSM/ESM platform and its alignment with corporate objectives.
- Promoting the digitalization of IT and business processes through scalable workflows, self-service functions and integration of other specialist departments
- Establishing and maintaining a central database to increase transparency, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and implement digitalization and automation potential.
- Monitoring service quality through KPI analyses, user feedback and compliance with ITIL processes to increase service management maturity.

**What are we looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in ITSM/ESM platforms, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Freshworks, Xcurrent, or equivalent.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, business-aligned solutions.
- Experience with agile
- and software development methodologies a plus.
- ITIL v4 and relevant platform certifications preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
