**Your Responsibilities**:

- You will be able to get to know our product, the different teams and our customers very well, as many processes and tasks converge in this team
- You will be responsible for supporting the team in their daily tasks, including collecting data, analyzing it and turning it into appealing presentations
- You will also be able to take on your own projects and make a valuable contribution to our customer collaboration
- You help us to further develop our product and our service

**Your Profile**:

- You have a study background in the field of psychology, sociology, business studies or similar
- You maintain a positive work environment with your friendly approach
- You can communicate well with your colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- You are customer focused and patient approach to tasks
- You have a pro-active and well-structured work ethic
- You have an experience with data analysis and can build stories based on data
- You have basic knowledge and experience in conducting & evaluating (company) surveys
- You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills
