**Your Tasks**: - You lead the brand team which includes content, design & photography - You develop a strategic brand positioning for all global D2C business units - You develop a creative and key messaging funnel strategy based on the strategic positioning and ensure its activation across all touchpoints and markets - You close collaboration with the performance marketing & Social Media team, as well as all other teams across the customer journey to ensure a consistent brand strategy across all customer-facing touchpoints - You own the brand campaign calendar from planning over concept development to execution - either with the internal team or by partnering with external freelancers - You follow up on KPIs, report on success to management and iterate to maximize the impact of initiatives - You do a long term brand planning and definition of KPIs to measure success of initiatives **Your Profile**: - You have a (University) Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, communication design, advertising or something comparable - You have 6+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the fashion industry, at an e-commerce, D2C brand or agency - You have deep strategic brand marketing experience - You have experience in building and leading a team - You are a great communicator, who can understand, align and inspire stakeholders from different fields - You are results-driven and have strong project management and stakeholder management skills - You know how to manage creative projects and have worked with time - and budget-constraints - You are an excellent team player, you have hands-on mentality and a collaborative spirit - You have a strong creativity and you are always up-to-date with regards to the latest consumer trends - You have cross-media thinking as well as strong visual imagination and implementation skills We value diversity at Spread Group.
