**Who we are**

Lethal Cosmetics is an independent ethical makeup brand from Berlin, Germany. We formulate, manufacture and distribute high-quality color cosmetics for an international audience of makeup enthusiasts.

**The position**

We are looking for a supervisor for our cosmetic production.

As a production supervisor, you'll:

- Schedule and allocate production tasks
- Prepare productions
- Compound batches of cosmetic products
- Supervise production procedures with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency
- Ensure correct and complete documentation
- Ensure that hygiene requirements are followed by the staff
- Calibrate production machines
- Participate in the production, packing and labeling of cosmetic products (60-80% of your time)
- Select and onboard new team members
- Communicate goals and objectives to the production team
- Communicate successes as well as concerns and issues to the management team

- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
- German skills are a plus
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a production or similar environment
- A background in hospitality, catering, healthcare or other disciplines that involve strict hygiene is a plus
- GMP training is a plus
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Confidence with basic mathematics (weighing, counting, multiplying)

**Details**

This is a part-time or full-time position for 30-40 hours per week (Mo-Fr).

Our production facility is located in Berlin-Köpenick (Germany), a short walk from the “Wuhlheide” S-Bahn station and the Bus line 190.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
