Salary: Up to €35,000 per annum

What will you do?

As a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will support our customers and our field engineers across Germany, providing them with excellent customer service over the phone.

Your main tasks will include:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolution- Processing and recording complaints- Answering and managing the ‘Live Chat’- Responding to customer reviews- Ensuring that customer SLAs are met- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's privacy/information security policies and procedures

What do you need?

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Time management - you must be able to prioritise between dealing with customers and managing the back office- Dealing with objections while maintaining and developing the customer relationship- Working in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly targets and KPIs- Ability to problem solve and multitask- Excellent telephone manner- You must be fluent in English and German
