**Your mission**:

- Build visual identities that help our clients’ brands stand out and grow
- Manage design projects from start to finish, with the ability to turn complex business cases into brilliant and simple design solutions
- Shape and influence the visual identity of a growing brand
- Work independently but collaborate with the team across disciplines on a daily basis
- Mentor junior designers and inspire the team with fresh perspectives within your field
- Stay updated on the latest developments/trends/thinking within design and share your knowledge with colleagues and clients
- Create and execute outstanding visual designs for marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and more

**Your profile**:

- At least 5 years of proven professional experience within the disciplines of branding and design
- Strong conceptual thinking, able to build up a visual narrative and deliver inspiring designs that bring brand and strategy to life
- A curious, energetic and enthusiastic team player with the ambition to deliver unique and thoughtful designs
- Experience in conceptualising and creating brand guidelines, logos, typography and photography art direction
- Knowledge of print production processes and creating print-ready materials, including resolution, color modes (CMYK), bleeds, and trim marks
- A master of Adobe Creative Suite but also know your way around other digital tools and media
- Knowledge of web design and/or UX/UI is a plus
- Experience in design work for lifestyle or slow/sustainable brands and businesses is a plus (architecture, interior design, fashion)
- Fluent in English and German
