Reporting to the Executive Vice President Talent, you will play a key role in driving our **Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)** strategy across Germany and Austria.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work with EMEA DE&I and the broader DA Talent function to embed DE&I into all HR/ Talent processes, including tailored interventions to enable equity for diverse talent populations i. e. LGBTQ+, racial minority, disadvantaged socioeconomic background, female, and non-binary
- Keep up to date with external market trends, best practice, industry evolving trends, external networks, and regulatory changes/ reporting in DE&I
- Analyze and report on DE&I data to understand the impact of our DE&I strategy and if business actions impact on DE&I in practice, recommend changes and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Build trusted relationships with affinity group leadership, understand key challenges/ dynamics for their members, and support leadership to deliver plans to support “connectedness and belonging” of these populations
- Partner with Training to coordinate the delivery of DE&I related training in onboarding, and on an ongoing basis to both upskill and maintain engagement and awareness on DE&I topics, in particular inclusion
- Coordinate the holistic calendar of DE&I activities for DA and support with planning, managing, and delivering DE&I events, teaming with affinity groups as appropriate, as well as setting agenda for and run the DA DE&I SteerCos
- Take part in the development, implementation and maintenance of internal projects, HR policies, and procedures
- Support the EVP Talent on further DA HR initiatives and topics, in close coordination with the broader DA HR team

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or equivalent
- 3+ years progressive work experience in the field of HR (preferably in an international organization within Germany or abroad)
- Experience in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion program implementation, and a demonstrated commitment to keeping up to date with related topics including legislation, trends, and best practices
- Experience in drawing meaningful insights from data to create strategies, operationalize solutions, and track metrics of success
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and public communication skills
- Demonstrates organizational agility and the ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across multiple locations
