**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.**
- Define, lead, and monitor strategic service initiatives, with a focus on cross-segment alignment and long-term business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
- Drive the implementation of new service strategies and take full ownership of their success and scaling.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, including segment leadership, business unit heads, and technical experts.
- Foster a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture centered on ownership, customer value, and continuous innovation.

**Background & Skills**

You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and bring 6-8 years of experience working with service strategy development and execution in industrial or technology-driven environments.

Your strong foundation in top-tier strategy consulting has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment across functions. You have a proven track record in business model innovation, and you’re experienced in building scalable, service-oriented solutions within global organizations.
