**Your Role**
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable electrical safety standards and regulations throughout the concept development.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and mitigate potential electrical hazards.
- Document all safety measures and design decisions to support regulatory approval.
- Develop detailed rationales and technical justifications tailored for TÜV certification.
- Provide transparent evidence of conformity to facilitate the TÜV review and approval process.

**Your Profile**
- Expert knowledge of IEC 60601 and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 for medical electrical equipment compliance and regulatory affairs.
- Strong background in electrical engineering and electrical design, with a focus on safety-critical systems.
- Hands-on experience with electromechanical equipment and safety testing procedures.
- Proficient in electrical testing methodologies, including risk assessment and documentation.
- Fluent in English and German, enabling effective communication in international and regulatory contexts.
