**Electrical Lead - Frankfurt Germany** **The Electrical Lead required** to join one of Europe’s leading contractors on a **Data Centre** project in **Frankfurt, Germany** the **CSA Lead **will report into the Electrical Project Manager and be responsible for the working with a team of Electrical sub-contractors ensuring the successful delivery of Electrical systems. **Please call Elsie-Mae Keane for a confidential discussion about this role.** **Responsibilities** - Managing the Electrical Systems package. - Coordinating site safety in partnership with the Project Manager and the Company Safety Advisor, including the setup, management, and closure of the safety file. - Cultivating a strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental culture within your team. - Managing Site Quality Assurance (QA) in collaboration with the Company QA Manager, involving setup, management, and file closure. - Overseeing the Project Schedule in conjunction with the company Project Manager, consulting Engineer, and Client requirements - sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels, and conducting weekly meetings with sub-contractors. - Supervising the company "In Progress" snagging system, ensuring supervisors provide weekly punch lists when applicable and distributing all snags to sub-contractors. - Providing direct labor hours and sub-contractor hours to the time administrator for centralized tracking. - Participating in various site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings. - Completing all project items, including the Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, and Project Plan, with support from the site project manager and your project team. - Issuing weekly cost reports, encompassing all orders placed, expected materials, and labor levels. - Scheduling material deliveries to align with the project schedule and meticulously tracking all deliveries. - Maintaining a weekly project photographic diary. - Undertaking any other duties associated with the role. **Requirements**: - A trade and/or relevant third-level qualification.
