- Administrative Support: Filing, data entry, amanaging office supplies, and handling mail and packages
- Office Management: Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining office spaces
- Document Preparation: Creating and formatting reports, presentations, and other documents
- Research: Gathering information for various projects and supporting decision-making
- Event Support: Assisting with the planning and execution of office events or meetings
- Project Assistance: Providing support for ongoing projects as needed
- Ongoing studies in business administration, management, or a related field
- Practical work experience in office administration or support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Driver’s license (Class B)
- Capability to handle office supplies and materials
