**What part will you play?**

You will lead and coordinate Siemens' Environmental Protection contribution to investor ratings and rankings, implement new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop and implement new reporting requirements.

**Your tasks**
- You calculate and report KPIs and its coordination and communication, required by external ratings and rankings (such as DJSI, CDP, EcoVadis)
- Establish and document robust reporting processes as well as ensure harmonization of rating requirements with reporting guidelines and standards
- You identify improvement potentials and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on best practices
- You also implement new KPIs to serve ratings and other reporting requirements
- Support documentation and automatization of reporting processes, help to develop environmental reporting in accordance with investor rating and other reporting requirements
- Support auditing processes for environmental protection KPIs in Siemens’ sustainability report
- Conduct data analytics, provide data, interpret, visualize and present results to senior management

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- University degree (preferably Master's or equivalent) in an environmental protection related field of studies with a strong focus in data and IT
- Long-term experience in environmental protection, reporting (e.g., external rating and ranking) as well as several years of experience in complex projects within international organizations
- You have a passion for environmental protection and bring expert knowledge of environmental policies, laws and standards (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, SASB, WEF)
- You are experienced in setting up reporting guidelines within business processes as well as in conducting reporting and checking plausibility logics
- Basic knowledge in programming languages such as SQL, R or Python
- Advanced communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Business fluent English skills, German skills are a plus
