What you’ll do
- Be first point of contact for people matters in Product and Tech supported by your People Services partner as well as other People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, People Development)
- Autonomously and proactively consult, enable and challenge your business leaders on a diverse range of people topics - both on strategic and operational level
- Actively support people performance, development and organizational changes in your business area and drive people initiatives in line with our business and people strategy
- Draw insights from personal interaction and data (e.g., our annual employee survey YourVoice and our pulse survey officevibe) to further improve employee engagement, team health and business performance
- Closely collaborate with other related functions, shaping our organization and leading change as ambassador nurturing a world-class employee experience and performance culture

What you should bring
- Minimum of 5 years of profound work experience in a similar HR/People business partner role in a highly professional, dynamic and international environment
- High familiarity and actual experience supporting Tech and Product functions in the areas of HR operations, talent management and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills generating superior insights from personal observations, facts and figures combined with the ability to drive execution on a high level
- Advanced engagement skills as reliable and proactive sparring partner, actively listening and constructively challenging senior and top management
- Clear and structured communication skills supported by fluency in both English and German
- Fun dealing with ambiguity, speed and challenging priorities in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment
