**Job Description**:
Within this role you are responsible for leading, developing and motivating the Coordinators Commercial Office. You will ensure that requests are handled in a timely manner and that root causes are identified to avoid further problems to reoccur.
Your responsibility:
Team & People Management
- Lead, motivate and support team members,
- Keep the talent pipeline: train and develop team members,
- Responsible for induction,
- Responsible for apprentice and trainees within Inside Sales.
Account Management
- Ensure processes are in place, followed and optimized,
- First escalation level for the team,
- Control KPI Management,
- Evaluate and improve KPI performance to meet targets in non
- standard cases,
- Identify improvements needed and set up corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence,
- Control of Audit process from Planning till completed Negotiation.
Any other business
- Manage relationships with local and European teams to ensure optimal collaboration,
- Work on / lead projects to support the department strategy.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor (Business Administration or similar), alternatively equivalent work experience,
- First experiences in a people management role (Team lead / Project lead),
- High customer focus,
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel,
- High level of work accuracy,
- High level of analytical skills,
- Team player,
- CRM knowledge desirable,
- Language: fluent German & English are a must.
