For our client, an expanding service company, we are looking as a personnel consultancy, for an internationally experienced marketing personality (M/F/d). You ideally have experience in the fitness industry or strong affinity to sports and lifestyle, strong leadership skills in dealing with highly qualified employees as well as in solving complex challenges.

**Vice President of Marketing International (M/F/d), Berlin**

Our client is the global market leader in its industry with millions of members and a large number of attractive brands. For further growth we are looking for an internationally experienced, entrepreneurial thinking Vice President of Marketing (M/F/d), who will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, especially for the US business and the existing European locations. This includes branding, campaign strategies, product marketing, social media, team building/leadership and much more.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Development and implementation of a business-orientated and sustainable marketing strategy in line with the vision and identification of new growth opportunities across various marketing functions.
- Work closely with the CEO, the leadership team in the US and in Europe, set clear priorities and measurable goals for the team, define the investment and resources requirements to achieve our goals and objectives
- Define growth and expansion strategy in alignment with the CEO
- Full ownership for the marketing budget, defining the right budget across multiple channels, resource planning, and steering KPIs with the accountability to drive maximum ROI.
- Responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities, both conventional and digital media
- Oversee all data analysis and reports regarding the efficiency of our growth measurements as well as the identification and implementation of further optimization plans
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels and communicate it to relevant departmentsLeverage on & offline brand marketing campaigns for the continuous development and increasing awareness of a unique brand
- Recruit, retain, and develop a world-class team of marketing experts

**Your qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years in full-scale marketing and overseeing major strategies and campaigns
- Passion for Fitness & Sport, ideally with experience working in the fitness industry
- Profound international experience, ideally in the US market, also in an agency environment in the management of global brands
- Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset: Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, with a pragmatic mentality empowering, enabling, and engaging teams to become autonomous, fast-decision making, self-motivated and engaged members of the company
- Innovative mind: the ability to explore and identify new opportunities that help solve complex business issues, further differentiates the company and services, accelerates growth, or provides significant cost optimizations through automation
- Creative problem-solving skills: out-of-the-box, pragmatic and quick solutions supporting both management and engineering teams to remove any obstacles and ensure continuous progress
- Profound marketing knowledge with a global background; especially branding, content marketing, social media & influencer marketing, PR & collaborations with other brands
- Strong focus on growing business as well as providing leadership skills to strategically push the company’s goals forward
- Comprehensive growth planning experience as well as in research, forecasting, planning, execution, performance analysis, defining and evolving ROI measurement models
- High competency in handling multiple channels of paid marketing such as SEM, Social, Display, Affiliate, etc.
- High level communication skills as well as a proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and german and the willingness to travel
