As a Quality Management Systems Specialist (M/F/d), you'll be the focal point for all QA assessments, conducting qualitative risk assessments, supporting root cause investigations and providing corrective actions. By creating, editing and reviewing documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards this role drives the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

As a Quality Management Systems Specialist (M/F/d), you will be responsible for:

- Promoting Quality Management System compliance & support consistency between processes and enhance their effectiveness
- Supporting in the training of employees in the use of quality tools & systems
- Supporting the completion of the audit program
- Assisting in the effectiveness of process compliance
- Participating in root cause investigations
- Contributing to projects as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university
- Have experience in Quality
- Have significant experience with ISO 9001
- Have a good level of German speaking and written
