Fulfillment Center Lead

Spreetail is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to lead day-to-day activities with responsibility for the overall safety, quality, performance and team member experience of Fulfillment Center Operations in Germany.

**How you will achieve success**:

- Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
- Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices and document accidents/incidents in a timely manner
- Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines
- Ensure company policies are communicated and enforced consistently and provide progressive corrective action where required
- Recognize, mentor, and provide training and development to optimize performance, create organizational depth and individual growth, in addition to ensuring timecard and pay accuracy.

- Experience working in a fulfillment center environment, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting to 30KG, bending, and using mechanical equipment as part of production activities
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Experienced in MS Office, and other operating systems
