Specialist Quality & EHS, Global Distribution

For our global Quality & EHS Team, we are searching for a full-time Specialist Quality & EHS with a QMS-mindset and experience in working in Distribution or Manufacturing. A key part of this role is to be the local process owner for defined Quality processes, to assure compliance with the local and global Quality procedures and be an internal consultant within the international Distribution network.

This position is preferably based in our Distribution Centre in Hamburg, or other European Distribution Centre.

Your Responsibilities

Be part of the global Quality & EHS team in Global Distribution
Support improving the Global Distribution Quality & EHS management program according to global and local requirements
Facilitate and support global improvement projects
Consult the local teams, coach the Quality & EHS community, give directions within given framework
Act as local process owner for the defined Quality processes
Maintain governance structure
Create, conduct, and track relevant instructions and trainings
Support internal and external audits
Create reports about selected KPIs

About You

Degree in Quality Management, Economics, Logistics, Engineering or similar
Extensive work experience in an international Quality environment, ideally within Distribution, Manufacturing, or Medical-Healthcare sector
Experience within EHS beneficial
Able to successfully support the implementation of Quality & EHS programs at multi-site level

**Language**: Fluent in English
Proactive and detail-oriented and good team-player
Good communication skills and hands-on mentality

Deine Aufgaben

Du bist Teil des globalen Qualitäts
- und EHS-Teams in Global Distribution
Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung des Qualitäts
- und EHS-Managementprogramms für die globale Distribution gemäß den globalen und lokalen Anforderungen
Erleichterung und Unterstützung globaler Verbesserungsprojekte
Du berätst die lokalen Teams, coachen die Qualitäts
- und EHS-Community und gibst innerhalb des vorgegebenen Rahmens Anweisungen
Handeln als lokaler Prozessverantwortlicher für die definierten Qualitätsprozesse
Aufrechterhaltung der Gouvernanten-Struktur
Erstellung, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung relevanter Anweisungen und Schulungen
Unterstützung interner und externer Audits
Erstellung von Berichten über ausgewählte KPIs

Was wir erwarten

Hochschulabschluss in Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaft, Logistik, Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichem
Umfassende Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Qualitätsumfeld, idealerweise in Distributionen, in der Fertigung oder im Bereich Medizin/Gesundheitswesen
Erfahrung im Bereich EHS von Vorteil
Fähigkeit, die Implementierung von Qualitäts
- und EHS-Programmen an mehreren Standorten erfolgreich zu unterstützen

**Sprachkenntnisse**: Fließend in Englisch
Proaktiv, detailorientiert und teamfähig
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hands-on mentality
