**Sales & Customer Service**
- Active support and advice for our customers in the Skin Care department and beauty trends on the sales floor
- Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
- Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye levelPassing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news**Services**
- Continuous further development of your own expertise
- Sharing your own expertise with the team
- Short and insightful services in all departments
- Implementation of beauty classes
- Responsibility for the Beauty HubDevelopment of team looks to support brands, trends and animations**Operations**
- Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
- Assortment and merchandise maintenance
- Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
- Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
- Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
- Carrying out inventories
- Operating cash register
- Additional tasks related to the daily business

- Completed training in the Skin Care field (training period: at least 6 months)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the Skin Care departmend

- Mature experience in retail, consulting and dealing with customers
