**Sourcing Senior Specialist - Germany (M/F)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy definition, according to the company's strategic lines;
- Purchasing raw materials;
- Monitoring market trends;
- Negotiation with suppliers on new product lines, bringing innovation to the business;
- Ensuring the profitability of the category according to the defined budget and the increase in sales.

Intended profile:

- Degree in Management, Logistics, International Trade or equivalent;
- Experience in international purchasing management of at least 10 years;
- Fluent in German and English;
- High knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of ERP's from the user's perspective;
- Negotiation ability;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and results-oriented skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and team player;
- Proactivity and dynamism.
